Over the past 22 years I have handled hundreds of civil trials. Most attorneys have never taken a civil case to trial or have very limited experience. Much of my law practice comes from other attorneys requesting me to handle their cases to a conclusion. Insurance companies know which attorneys they should settle with due to major trial experience. They also know the attorneys who must accept a smaller settlement due to their lack of experience. Experience, as with most things in life, usually gathers better results. Don't take chances with your serious case.
